Über das Unternehmen
Adaire is a technology services company that enables Swiss firms to access remote team members recruited from a previously untapped talent pool of smart, experienced, highly-qualified and eager developers and technologists in Africa. By doing so, Swiss firms are able to more quickly and efficiently implement their projects and innovations with a talent pool culturally close to Western Europe and in the same time zone. Adaire runs a traditional high touch outsourcing business to build the brand and a platform for freelancers to build scale, where freelancers are able to use Adaire’s R&D centers for support and to ensure delivery. In Switzerland, Adaire will provide customer success teams to ensure a strong relationship and connection between the home and remote team members.
