dhPTS is seeking a Service Specialist – Internal Sales & Support (60–100%) in Zizers (GR) to serve as the central hub for their innovative solar folding roof systems. In this multi-faceted role, you will manage service requests via phone and ticketing systems, coordinate field technician deployments, and provide initial technical troubleshooting for customers and partners. You will be responsible for the full administrative cycle—from generating quotes and invoices to managing spare parts logistics—while occasionally supporting on-site emergency interventions. The ideal candidate offers a commercial or technical background with experience in after-sales or technical support, possesses a strong affinity for mechatronic systems, and is fluent in German.
