GuestReady is a globally leading tech-enabled short-term rental management company. The company helps property owners to rent their properties on platforms such as Airbnb, Booking.com or HomeAway. GuestReady's services include everything from listing creation to guest communications, housekeeping, key management, and price optimisation. Founded in 2016 by three Swiss founders, Alexander Limpert, Christian Mischler and Patrick Degen, the company currently manages over 2,000 properties across Europe, the Middle East and Asia and has sold over 200,000 nights to guests. The company raised an aggregate of close to CHF 10M. In 2018 it won the Serviced Apartment Award as the Best Service Provider and was named one of the Hot 25 Startups for 2019 by Phocuswire.
