<p>MV Bio is redefining the treatment landscape for Inflammatory Bowel Disease (IBD). While current biologics and JAK inhibitors often rely on systemic exposure, we are developing a truly localized, oral therapy that functions as a 'topical' treatment for the gut.</p><p><br></p><p>Our lead candidate, MV010, utilizes a proprietary nanoparticle delivery system designed to target the intestinal mucosa exclusively. By sequestering and reducing extracellular ATP (eATP), a potent proinflammatory molecule, MV010 triggers a dual-action response: first, by increasing IgA production, and subsequently, by driving comprehensive mucosal healing.</p><p><br></p><p>Because MV010’s activity is confined to the gastrointestinal tract, we eliminate the systemic 'off-target' effects that plague current standards of care. This is a precision approach to IBD and dysbiosis.</p><p><br></p><p>We are entering a $25 billion IBD market - comprising Ulcerative Colitis and Crohn’s - that is projected to reach $41 billion by 2034. Beyond IBD, our platform has the potential to address a broad range of dysbiotic and inflammatory conditions where localized delivery is the key to safety and efficacy, as well as in cancer immunotherapy.</p>
