Enhance-d is a digital platform that supports people with diabetes in managing their condition. Advances in continuous glucose monitoring and other bio wearable technologies provide the opportunity to significantly improve health in people living with diabetes, but the complexity of the data makes it difficultto use and understand, leading to low adoption rates and poor clinical outcomes. We are creating a single digital hub for diabetes self-management that improves understanding of all the data people with diabetes can collect today. Our platform profoundly changes how diabetes data and lifestyle data are presented topatients and clinicians.
