SpotMe is seeking a Trainee Event Coordinator for a six-month hybrid internship starting August 17, 2026. This role provides hands-on experience in delivering high-impact in-person, virtual, and hybrid events, particularly for clients in the life sciences and enterprise sectors. The trainee will support project leads with platform configuration, coordinate onsite logistics (such as badge printing and AV management), and facilitate audience engagement and speaker preparation. Ideal candidates are detail-oriented, tech-savvy, and resilient professionals with a customer-centric mindset, fluency in English, and the ability to travel frequently.
