goNEON is building the operating system for infrastructure engineering.

Our AI executes engineering workflows across spatial data, regulations, and legacy software, enabling engineers to complete analyses that once took weeks in minutes. We believe infrastructure planning should move at the speed of AI—while keeping engineers in control of every decision.

We’re looking for someone to own the Swiss planning market end-to-end: from the first customer conversation to successful delivery, repeat business, and helping shape the next generation of our platform.

What you’ll do

• Own projects end-to-end: From kickoff to final delivery, you’ll work side-by-side with customers to build digital planning models, facilitate interactive workshops, and deliver outstanding planning outcomes.

• Think like a planner, operate like a founder: Hold a high bar for technical quality, but move fast. Challenge assumptions, make decisions with incomplete information, and take full ownership of getting to a great outcome.

• Become the face of goNEON: Build trusted relationships with cities, planning firms, cantons, and infrastructure operators. When people think about AI in infrastructure planning, they should think of you.

• Grow the business: Turn conversations into pilots, pilots into long-term customers, and successful projects into repeatable growth.

• Shape the platform: Every project should improve the platform. Capture recurring workflows and collaborate with our engineers to automate them.

What we’re looking for

• Deep understanding of the Swiss planning ecosystem

• Strong end-to-end project management skills—you own projects from opportunity identification through delivery, customer success, and expansion

• Outstanding relationship builder with strong commercial instincts

• High agency and ownership mindset

• Curious about technology and excited by AI

• Comfortable operating in ambiguity and moving fast

• Fluent in English and German; proficiency in French or Italian is a strong plus.

• Based in Zürich (full-time, on-site)

Especially valuable

• A dual profile: equally comfortable discussing street design with planners and AI workflows with engineers

• Ability to translate customer challenges into reusable product features and engineering workflows

• Entrepreneurial mindset: you naturally look for the next opportunity, not just the next task

• Technical curiosity. You don’t need to code, but you enjoy understanding how AI works and how it solves real-world problems.
