Due to local quasi-monopoles, utility suppliers report energy data in different formats, on different platforms, at different points in time. This causes real estate managers to spend hundreds of hours every year harmonising and pre-processing this data, before they can do actual work with it (reduce energy consumption, optimise asset performance, report on ESG metrics, ...). Anevo integrates directly with the utility providers to acquire this data, processing it, and supplying the energy data in a standardised, structured format to real estate managers. With that, Anevo provides the base for reducing energy consumption and reduction of CO2 emissions, more accessible and affordable than existing solutions.
