About this company
Today, the planning and execution of professional building cleaning is manual and paper-based. This leads to time-consuming planning processes and fixed cleaning schedules that are difficult to optimize. At the same time, service provision can rarely be reported transparently. With our smart cleaning platform, cleaning is planned with the help of artificial intelligence. Service agreements, room directories and building plans from real estate-specific ERP systems form the data basis for the software. The platform also reacts to fluctuating building occupancy rates. It evaluates occupancy data from smart bulding solutions or movement sensors and incorporates it into the planning process. The result is dynamic tour planning that can be called up on mobile devices.
