The Maintenance Methods Technician is a newly created role dedicated to ensuring the availability, reliability, and performance of industrial equipment and infrastructure. The main responsibilities include prioritizing and tracking work requests, structuring and optimizing preventive maintenance plans, and managing external maintenance and service contracts (SLAs). The role also entails controlling spare parts inventory, monitoring maintenance KPIs (such as breakdown rates and response times), standardizing procedures, and driving continuous improvement by analyzing recurring failures and supporting new equipment industrialization projects. The ideal candidate holds at least a 2-year technical degree in industrial maintenance or electromechanics, alongside a minimum of 5 years of industrial maintenance experience, ideally within highly regulated sectors like medical devices or pharmaceuticals (ISO 13485/GMP). Strong technical skills in mechanics, electricity, automation, pneumatics, and CMMS software are required, combined with a rigorous, analytical mindset and a continuous improvement culture.
