AI Growth & Studio Scaling Lead (Zurich)

We're TomFit, an AI-native physical health company building our own training machine, software platform and studio network.
We combine strength training, diagnostics and AI to create highly personalised training experiences. We currently operate three hubs and are scaling to 10 studios across Zürich over the next 12 months.
The machine exists.
The software exists.
The studios are opening.
Now we need someone to help us fill them.

• The Role

• We're looking for someone who can help TomFit grow from 3 studios to 10.

• You'll sit at the intersection of growth, content, community and AI.

• You'll spend time understanding why people join TomFit, what makes them stay, and how we can turn those insights into repeatable systems that help every new studio succeed.

• Part of your role will be running and optimising growth campaigns across Meta and Google. Another part will be building content systems, creating social proof, developing referral loops and community programmes, and helping us automate large parts of our marketing operation through AI.

• This is not a role for someone who wants to sit behind spreadsheets all day.

• You'll work closely with our members, our team and our studios, turning real customer insights into growth.

• What We're Looking For

• We're probably a good match if you:

• Have experience in growth, performance or studio marketing.

• Have helped launch, grow or scale physical locations, studios, gyms, clinics, retail concepts or similar businesses.

• You know your way around Meta Ads, Google Ads, funnels, CAC and conversion optimisation and you're just as comfortable with offline and local marketing

• Can create content yourself and know what makes people stop scrolling.

• Have worked with CRM, lifecycle or retention marketing.

• Are excited about AI, automation and agentic systems.

• Speak excellent German and English.

• Want to work on-site in Zürich Stettbach.
