What You'll Do:
•
Assembly, wiring and commissioning of prototypes and test systems
•
Integration of battery packs, battery management systems (BMS), sensors and electronic components into our refrigerated containers
•
Development and refinement of electrical systems from the initial concept through to series production
•
Planning, conducting and documenting laboratory, climatic and field tests
•
Conducting functional, charge, discharge and safety tests on battery systems
•
Troubleshooting and root cause analysis of electrical systems, control units and communication interfaces (e.g. CAN)
•
Supporting firmware and hardware testing in collaboration with the electronics and software development teams
•
Analysing and documenting test results and developing technical improvements
•
Preparing and maintaining electrical documentation, wiring diagrams and test procedures
•
Supporting the industrialisation of new products and the introduction of new components into series production
•
Collaborating with suppliers on technical issues and component qualification
•
Supporting production and service teams with electrical and electronic issues
•
Continuously improving our products, test methods and development processes
