Lead Construction Engineer (m/f/d)

We're building the machine that makes your gym obsolete: patented TomBot technology, designed and built by a small, young team. For the next stage, we're looking for someone who doesn't just contribute to construction – but leads it.

Your training starts here. Not as a spectator – as someone who writes the programme themselves.

Exercise 2 – What you'll drive

• New development and further development of our mechatronic assemblies

• Technical ownership in engineering: quality, processes, training, and controls

• The PDM system (3D Experience) as the backbone between construction and supply chain

• Technical clarifications and collaboration with suppliers

• Supporting assembly of your constructions, especially for new developments

Exercise 1 – Technical foundation

• Several years of engineering experience in a mechanical engineering environment

• Used to working in a startup setting – fast, pragmatic, hands-on

• Ready to take technical ownership in a startup and actively shape it

• You drive projects yourself from concept through to assembly

• Familiar with SolidWorks and PDM systems (3D Experience)

• Sheet metal and tube processing are not foreign territory for you
